Autoinflammatory diseases cross all geographic borders. It affects people of all ages, genders and ethnicities. There are no rules as to who gets an autoinflammatory disease and who does not. The most important thing is to be diagnosed and treated with proper medical support.
Where are we helping?
The FMF & AID Global Association is supporting a growing number of patients and their families in many countries around the world.
Help Groups on Social Media
Germany, Switzerland & Austria
People affected by an autoinflammatory disease often feel alone with their disease and misunderstood. It is normal to look for others, who are in the same or similar situation. These groups not only provide an opportunity for patients/parents to share their personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or first-hand information about diseases or treatments, but they are also used as a platform to educate and inform patients and their families. Everyone is welcome to join our support groups that, by the way, are available in many languages.
