The present Terms & Conditions (together with the General Data Protection Policy govern your use of the website www.fmfandaid.org (hereafter known as "Website"). The use of our Website includes accessing and browsing of our Website. The Website is managed by the FMF & AID Global Association, a non-profit umbrella organization with its registered office at Schüracherstrasse 25a, 8306 Brüttisellen ZH, Switzerland, and under the company number CHE-400.064.574 (hereafter known as "FMF & AID", "We", "Us" or "Our").
Please read Our Terms & Conditions, the Data Protection Policy and the Cookie Policy carefully before you start using Our Website in any way. Purpose
The Website provides information, data, materials and articles on rare autoinflammatory diseases (called "Materials") and enables interaction with the FMFandAID, and the internet users who choose to access the Website ("Users"). The Website also allows Users to make donations in order to support the work carried out by the Us for the autoinflammatory community.

The Website and the Materials may be adjusted, modified, updated or deleted at any time and without prior announcement or notice. We give no guarantees regarding the function or availability of the Website and the Materials and cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or temporary (un)availability or for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from your access to or your use of the Website and the Materials.

Donations
By making a donation on this Website, you will help support our organization, the rare autoinflammatory community, as well as our campaigns to raise awareness.
Your donation is secure. In order to make a valid donation, the form that is available at the dedicated page must be completed. To enable the best use of your donation and because of administrative and credit card charges, We would appreciate if your donation was not less than 20CHF/€.
Donations are tax-deductible for Swiss residents (individuals and private companies). Donations can also be made from any other country in the world. All donations are calculated in Swiss francs or euros (€).
No refund will be made once a donation is pledged.
Applicable law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute regarding access to, navigation or use of this Website, the user accepts the jurisdiction of the Swiss state, the application of Swiss Law and, regardless of their address or domicile, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
